Growth Cohort Program
co·hort
/ˈkōˌhôrt/
A cohort is a small, intentional group of people who go through a shared experience together — learning, building, and growing side by side.
The SALT Q2 Cohort is a 12-week strategic growth accelerator designed for business and organizational leaders who are ready to optimize their operations, clarify their organizational identity, and build the infrastructure for sustainable growth and scale.
A cohort designed to help founders and executives streamline systems, scale consciously, and lead with clarity. Our cohort model centers around co-created curriculum, real-time accountability, and human-first business design.

FAQ

It’s not 1-on-1 coaching in the traditional sense. While you will receive personal attention (especially in the Private Growth Charter session), this is a cohort experience with shared dialogue, peer collaboration, and collective growth.
-
No problem. Zoom sessions are recorded. In-person sessions are not, but a summary will be shared. You’ll also have access to email support for follow-up.
-
No. This is an operational and strategic development program focused on systems, scalability, team building, and long-term leadership effectiveness.
-
Yes. You're welcome to join remotely for the Zoom sessions and travel for in-person workshops if you're able. However, the in-person component is a core part of the experience.
